Plugin cannot find location. Please make sure that you created at least one location and set coordinates for it.

- Return limited to customer location within 50 km from the base.
- Business hours limited to weekends.
- Time picker starts at intervals (30-min set).
- Custom Google Maps styles applied.

- Filter bar disabled.
- Vehicle attributes disabled.
- Booking extras disabled.
- Step #3:
- “Billing details” section mandatory.
- All “Billing details” fields mandatory.
- Countries limited to US and Canada.
- Only “Cash” payment method enabled (default).
